Gift vouchers are available for almost anything we offer.
Footplate Experiences, Dining, Real Ale Train (RAT's) and Day Out With Thomas vouchers are open dated and valid for 12 months. They will need to be redeemed in advance by the recipient via the reservations department on 01962 733810.
The standard travel vouchers are open dated for 12 months and are valid travel tickets that do not need to be redeemed in advance. They are valid for standard travel only - they cannot be used for, or in part payment for, any special events, dining or RATs.
Monetary vouchers can be redeemed against any offering through our reservations office or at our booking office, West Country Buffet or gift shop on the day of travel. Minimum order value for monetary vouchers is £10.
